I freaking called it.

What did i call exactly.

That Lindsey would find some sick and twisted way to get out of her time.

Her Lawyer is now appealing the ruling and this lets Lindsey bail herself out until a further court.

I seriously don’t know how they do this. If these rules were applied to people i knew, then the world would probably be a bad place, yet Lindsey gets out. It’s like they slapped the shit out of the middle and lower class.

And you know damn well, some are treated worse because of how they look. In some cities it might be because of your skin color, or how you look like dress like.

I think this is bullshit but hey, at least they didn’t say it was overpopulated right,?

It’s a step forward, or is it backward?

Lindsey Freaking Lohan.

She gets away again.

The Judge sentence her two jail for a 120 days.

Are you fucking serious.

If i had stolen something had her record, and was on FUCKING probation, i wouldn’t have gotten out that nicely. You can bet your fucking ass that i would have gotten at least a year or even more. For your Information, I have a clean record/ no record, never been arrested or anything. So how the hell does she do it.

Because all everyone says is ‘oh it’s LINDSEY’. Second, she has the Celebrity excuse.

This girl is a freaking mess, there seems like there isn’t an end to it. I foresee her turning into a Brittney spears, or in worst case scenario maybe Courtney Love. She has shown many signs that she doesn’t give a fuck.

Back up there, that doesn’t mean i hate her, but i think she is strangely hot for some reason.

 Anyways, we all know she’s only going to do a month or so then they will let her out because overpopulation. Overpopulation my ass, California penitentiaries and Prisons have many cons sleep in bunk beds together to put them all together, Yet they always manage to let these celebrities of the hook. How about giving the regular joe shmo a chance. We will do the same thing yet it is never overpopulated at that time.

There is no more justice, Fuck You Justice System. Suck a big fat one!

This was a shock to everyone especially since one of the soap opera’s actually moved to Los Angeles in 2009 to revamp the show and make it more watchable. Seems like that failed.

In other news, Hoover(vacuum) has decided to pull all their ads because ABC has decided to cancel both shows.

Kids Choice Awards.

They sucked.

So did Jack Black. .

I mean, I think he is pretty funny and all but still. He wasn’t a good host. I heard people liked his hosting but I think I was the only one paying attention. If he was supposed to be remotely funny then he got that. But not one of the best host or the best host of kids choice.

I was trying to watch, but I wasn’t interested. I think it was because there was no Katy Perry to slime on. I thought it was quite entertaining when Russel Brand was being splashed by slime by the kids around. He was acting pretty chill. Most people would have freaked out or have left. HE stayed pretty cool. Another reason I like that man.

I think that the awards/blimps are rigged because most of the awards tend to go to Nickelodeon shows. I think maybe because they made them and they are trying to make their shows look better. There is probably some voice of the kids but I foresee that mostly nick producers get the last vote.

I don’t like how we are trying to use and abuse kids. Not like sexually or physically but economically. They are using kids like the Smiths and making the most money out of them. Though that is a bad example because those kids are taken care of. Some children are the only ones that are famous in their families and get  abused. Their families try to persuade them and next thing you know you have another Gary Coleman or Lindsey Lohan.

Los Angeles Royals/OC Royals?

You might be wondering what is up and what does that mean.

No we are not getting the Kansas City Royals(baseball team), what this does mean is that there is a strong possibility that a NBA team will come to town and stay put. IT seems as the owners of the Sacramento Kings are ready to move and this past year before the deadline they chose Anaheim.

What this means is that Anaheim might get a basketball team by next year.      

Which is sort of pissing off Sacramento. They are losing everything. I feel sorry for them because that city is one of the few cities that deserves a team. They have support that team in its highs during the early 2000’s and through its recently lows.

The owners have already filed for trademarks and other things to make this thing smooth. If you are wondering why they changed names it is because los Angeles already has a King’s team which is the L.A Kings (Hockey). So out of respect they didn’t take that name and changed their name to their original name since they came out as a team the Rochester Royals.

The deal is not final because senate leaders still have to choose if they are going to allow this but all signs are pointing to a yes.

I think it is good and bad. First, bad because it is a limited market because just down a couple of cities is Los Angeles.  Which already has two teams. This will spilt revenue between the Clippers and Royals then. But it does seem good because it offers other people from SoCal to experience a basketball team and love one as Sacramento had done before. The team still need to redo its lineup before it can go up but hey they can probably do that before the Clippers. They have taken ages to recover and be half a team that the Lakers have been.

Lidnsey News……

So Lindsey Lohan has decided if she is or isn’t going to take the plea deal.

 

The Verdict is no, she isn’t going to take the Plea deal.

Which proves to all America how stupid she really is. I mean, if I was sane and intelligent, which I think I am, then I would have taken it.

The big difference from the plea deal is: if she accepts then it’s only 17 days or so, but if she doesn’t and by some chance loses then she can face serious time like a 1 or more. I thought this girl had brains. Apparently she thinks she is going to win when there is CLEAR evidence that she did steal that jewelry.

 

 

 So by all god almighty, she better hope that she pulls something out because it looks like she is in a losing battle that might turn ugly.

It seems that she is going to change her last name to her mothers last name. As they think that might be a reason why she keeps on getting into trouble. Also so future references don’t mix then with Michael Lohan, Lidnsey father.

 

Other news/rumors have been spreaded that she is changing her name so that she’s only known as Lindsey. That way she becomes iconic, and is a One Name person like: Beyoncé or Cher …

Rebecca Black= worst singer in history.

SO this post is dedicated to a video that has gone around. “Friday” by Rebecca Black.

I seriously think it might be the worst song in the world. Seriously, I don’t know what this girl is thinking but I hope that she was just fucking around or something. I mean this probably takes the toll of the worst song of life. I thought before this that autotune can make anyone a singers then this song came out and ruined that hope for the rest of us. Like i thought Ke$has Tik Tok autotune was pretty horrible, but Rebecca makes Ke$ha look like she’s an experience singer!

My list of worst singers would be:

Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian, and David Hasselhoff

BUT THIS GIRL AND THIS SONG proved me and the world wrong. Kim Kardashian must feel pretty good because this song came around the same time her song came out. So many people haven’t bashed her because everyone fixed on Ms. Black.

There are so many problems with this song that it is horrible!:

1. This girl looks at most 13 years old, and she’s supposably partying. Who the FUCK are her parents and why haven’t they been arrested? reminds me of a young Lindsey lohan, maybe maybe…..

2. Why is she telling us the days?, and repeating them as well. Yes you stupid little girl, i do know that thursday come first then friday and so on. I don’t need you to tell me the order!

3. Did you all notice all the kids look at most 12 yet the kid driving is totally underage. In the real fucking world that doesn’t happen. Unless your Justin Bieber or Jaden Smith you can’t do that.! Let’s not go on Bieber because i can roast that boy so hard, i would get a record deal.

 4. Who in the world is that singing/rapping her in video. He even has a verse saying that he’s being behind a bus or something. I hope and pray that he isn’t parting with them because if he is that fool needs to be arrested!.

5. The Seat Problem!, she goes i wonder where i am going to sit. When we can all see that there is no ROOM in the front! seriously why is she having a big dilemma about this. I wanna smack her across the face. Wait that’s too mean i wanna smack the person who came up with the son.

6. The AutoTune Problem!. You know if autotune is helping you sing but you still are sounding crappy then you are not meant to sing. It’s like god mixed Kim Kardashing, Paris Hilton, My mom, The Asian guy from American Idol, David Hasselhoff and everyone else you know that sucks at singing all together and times that by twenty and that’s her voice. 

Now Do you guys seriously think that the song was good, i’d like to get your input. Btw if you want to laugh your ass off you need to listen to this guys review of the song. You’ll laugh your ass off apparently. I thought it was funny at times but i have no sense of humor. So check it out.

Quake and travesty in Japan!

So early in the morning, or yesterday we heard brief announcements that an earthquake has hit Japan. Unfortunately it is true. I woke up to find out the grim news as the world has. It is such a travesty.

I think that the news is covering it well. This also gives the viewers better news compared to Charlie Sheen updates. I think that he had his fun, but now it is time for him to grow up and shut up. He is trying to make headlines but we should stick our attention to Japan and helping its citizens.

I for one am going to try to see if I can go with the American RedCross to see if I can go with them as a volunteer. That way I can feel like im doing something to help someone else. C: wish me luck. and I’ll post updates if I can go and help,,,

But going on, I had a pretty relaxing day because I didn’t do much. For once I didn’t go to jimmies or try to play cards. Um what else. I have some conference with my teacher next Tuesday so I need to remember to go and take my essay.

i did one of my midterms today, and my only one left this week is on Thursday. I am glad. I am ecstatic. I am more than that. I am high, on Charlie Sheen. Hahaaha, i had to do it once.  It is way worse than Gary Busey, but still.

 
Enough of that. I had an in class essay and that sucked. Well sucked because I took a long time. I don’t know why but I just did. I did finish in time but did not have time to proofread it and check for errors. I mean, I hate her because she does not give us time to do the work. She likes to interrupt and put in her two cents….
 
 
What else. The Lakers whoo, what a turn of events. Everyone thought at the All-Star break that they have gotten old and maybe not as good anymore. 8 Games later, best record since the break and a solid and that is really underestimating that game. Where we humiliated the Spurs, the leagues best record at this point and looked like the best team. Now people are doubting teams like the Spurs and Heat. Speaking of the Heat. There must be some intense heat in those locker rooms. 5 straight losses. Wow, like seriously. And against good teams too, I feel for them but like Dwade said, “The world is a better place when the Heat lose games.”

what a good saturday C: ahh. so it started off with going to franks. that was the shit because i traded my cards to finally get a card that i needed badly. Now im going to finish by sideboard and ill be competing in tournament and getting money/ better cards. Haaa Your going to see me as a pro one of these days with badass cards.

unfortunately my date isn’t coming till next friday because she’s going to get some last-minute studying time and come for spring break. its cool and shit that means I have more time to think of a valentines gift because I havent seen her since that and I heard that she got me something good so I need to do some work. haha

tomorrow maybe jimmies but I don’t think so. plus I need to finish my essay and some homework….
